Unjust Banning on hidden beginner server

my id 5333360, username kenny hotz was banned on the beginner server for hidden, for no reason.

myself and the rest of the players repeatedly vote kicked out 'i am sam' for sandbagging, getting ran out the server either by hitting the kill limit or being voted out.

when the server was restarted 3 times so he could get back in the game, other players tried to voteban him. i voted to ban him, and without warning was banned from the server.

there is RAMPANT admin abuse on the 2frag4fun beginner and expert servers that needs to be addressed.

i checked sourcebans, and as i suspected it was mustard. i was banned without warning, as was every other player who voted to kick/ban 'i am sam'.

now i regularly play the2frag4fun servers, and mustard has been harassing me for quite some time.

His claims are false. I am Sam had a right to play there. I was told when i asked why they were trying to voteban him, that the reason was because he was too good. I am Sam was not breaking any rules of the server, just by being "too good". Now as for the harrassment part, i closely watch him, because he has a history of disrespecting me even before i was an admin. He has falsey accused me of admin abuse before for changing his name when he changed his name to innapropriate things such as fuck pigstickers and whatnot. He then continues to change his name back to the said name and gets autokicked for name-change hacking. He then rejoins the server, and accuses me of kicking him for no reason, which I did not. Now I only banned those who i saw voteban abusing, and it is only for a week. I was about ready to Permanently ban them but i thought better of it and went for a week. I discussed it with Plude and told him and he advised me that if they try it again, i should perma ban them.

P.S. I have frequently seen Kenny Hotz do exactly what I am Sam has done and gets over 20 kills on the beginner's server. So the fact that he was trying to voteban someone off of the beginner's server says that he is a hippocrit. He further tells me that he is bad at this game, which i remind him of how he once told me(quite rudely) how he was better than me at this game.

Also i did not know this, but check this out on of the players i banned, Sgt.Dot http://www.yarrr-gaming.com/sourcebans/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=STEAM_0:1:32853952&Submit Mat_wireframe violation. That means he was hacking at the time. Any suggestions on what to do with this one?

I played with sgt.dot one time a few days ago on another server and I was very suspicious of him I googled his steam id and he has 3 steambans for hacks I say perma ban him we dont need that in the servers.

Alright. But Sgt.Dot still remains in question of cheating. 3 bans from 3 different server by auto sv_cheat-detectors is proof enough. also the last one happened just days ago.

You cant ban someone here because he was banned on another server for hacking. You need to have proof of the hacking. Talk to silver about this one We do not use any cheat detecting plugins on our hidden servers.

The beginners sever is meant for newer players that do not play well. You should as an admin be watching for that. If you must regulate a player that is well about the severs average kills at that time you should do that. A week long to perm ban is not a just punishment for players not wanting to play with a specific player. Vote bans are for 30 mins so why would you worry about it?
