I found this wonderful software where I am able to go on a customers computer and do maintenance and repairs. Also they offer the ability to have a backdoor into their system, with the customers permission. So you can log onto their computer at anytime, as long as they don't change their login password.
So I have been thinking and talking to others. That this seems like a great business model. I could do monthly maintenance for a charge, paid to my paypal account. Plus if they have hardware issues, I could make a service call.
I am thinking about putting together a contract, with scope of work, what I am offering, for how much, and how payment is made. Also my responsibility in repair. I have never seen any repair warranties or agreements. Does anyone have any ideas.
