How often do you format?

ok, nice and simple poll just cus i want to know. how often do you guys format your computers and how do you do it?
do you repair using windows? format and fresh installs? every X months etc, let me know

As a last resort.

When i first set up my raptors, iono less than a week later they wouldnt go into windows. After the post screen my first drive was highlighted in red. They are uaually all green. So, checked for bad sectors, then put it back in raid0. It's been fine few a few weeks now.

cus i figure its about time for me, ive had this comp almost a year. im really debating vista 64bit and getting a pair of raptors for raid0 for games/vista to be on lol... 6 hard drives in my case then.. >.<
