$79.99 for a 320mb GTS is a friggin great price. It may be old tech, but that card is still a friggin beast. There's also a GTX for 230.

says they only have 2 GTXs left for today (weekend sale) so if your in need, grab em. i read a review that showed a triple sli 8800ultra vs sli 9800gx2 and the 8800 was often better. though that could be some drivers that need to be fixed up but none the less, ultra is just an overclocked gtx essentially.

im currently using a GTX and love it! so worth the $230 as mine was $280-$300 when i bought it i believe.

it was 3 8800ultras vs 2 9800gx2 (essentially 3gpus vs 4gpus)

ill see if i can find the article

i thought i saw it on tomshardware but i couldnt find it in the search so i searched google, found another review which showed them close, but most of the time the gx2 won. if i remember right the problem lied in having extremely large resolutions and not enough onboard RAM or enough bandwidth so it started to bottleneck where the 8800 didnt have that problem. but that would be largest resolution for the card and maxed AF / AA etc. but if you werent doing completely maxed everything the gx2 was faster.

EDIT:
well the sale is over but i found the link... though now that i look at it it is the 9800GTX not the 9800GX2 anyway look at some of the game tests that happen... 8800gtx beats it on a few lol. ;)
