I created a new navbar for the website. This one I can actually modify whenever I want to. Changing the text is easy, the background is a bit more challenging for me, but would be easy for someone that is good with graphic art. Its just a couple jpgs that switch when you mouse over.
That being said, I would like to hear some suggestions on what I can do to make it look better.

lol, reminds me of the flash one i was making a long time ago and the old one we use to have mixed together, but its not flash =P.
possible fixes: small graphic error (if you are a perfectionist) top right/bottom left corner don't match the top left/bottom right style, i like the top left/bottom right personally. other then those 1 or 2 pixels id say it looks good graphically
i noticed if you mouse on/off/on the servers drop down it gets really weird but hold it off for a second and its ok again.
nice work!!!!

Love the look.
The only thing I see with the navbar is that it does not follow you to all pages.
For example: If you go to forums it doesn't follow you. So if someone posts something about a ban, you have to back out to the home page to get into the ban board or pull up another browser. It doesn't follow to the stats or the admin page either. Its not a big deal! I just noticed it and thought it would be better if it did follow to each page.
*Notice* More work for Silver = rooks execution @ 10:00pm

oh yeah, i forgot to finish adding it to the "special" pages. They are a bit more tricky to find the exact file that contains the code that the navbar needs added to.
I'll work on that today.
