Hidden Admins

The hidden community is fairly small, but there are those out there that are annoying little tkers. If you would like to help out in policing the hidden servers, let me know here. I won't guarentee anything, but it will cause us to take a look at you ingame.

there are a couple prerequsites.


You must be over 18 years old (unless you are of the female gender, then we will bend this rule)
Make a post saying you are interested, but don't push the point. we will keep an eye out and give admin status to those we think deserve it.
You must not be of the annoying nature.
You will have to agree to some fairly simple but strict rules we have already setup for our 2f4f admins.
You must enter your steamid into your profile here on the forum.
You must be ok with boring commands. Right now, the only purpose for an admin is to police it by kicking/banning those that are tking, mic spamming, hacking, etc. there are very few actual fun commands to play with, and I won't tolerate abuse of them if we did have them.The biggest advantage to being an admin is that you will have a reserved slot. you can connect to a full server by typing "connect hidden1.2frag4fun.com" or "connect hidden2.2frag4fun.com". :)

More Info: We, The * One's, play on your server regularly. Our clan is primarily a DOD:S clan that is making it's way into COD4. We have a G-rated environment in our servers due to a number of members kids that play. Some of our youngest members are 5 - 8 years old so we don't tolerate a lot.

We have a hidden server, but the upper echelon can't seem to get it working properly. It crashes almost every day and only 3 people have the ability to restart it. So, we gravitate to 2frag4fun servers a lot.

I'm a higher ranking admin in my clan. I've used and setup servers on linux as well as windows using both mani and sourcemod in addition to other plugins. I have a hidden server running on linux in my bedroom now, but as it's on cable internet, it's more for practices and troubleshooting.

I'm looking for admin so that when there are issues like we experienced with the [masa] clan, we can help to keep your servers running smoothly. I agree to all the rules you've posted in your Admin Code of Conduct post.

Newbs aka beginners: i try to help them out if they have questions on how to become better then ill see what i can do to help them out.

-Interested: im interested in makine the 2frag4fun servers a better place to have fun. few of the admins i know and play with and get along with as well. such as "ritalin, Travis etc..."

- i am not annoying what so ever and dont hog the mic. ask the admins that monitor your servers.

thanks ritaliin, ive been on really late and into the morning, and theres been tking, mic spamming, and speed hack etc.. and no admins are ever on during this time. so i could do some great help during these odd hours when others arent on.

Interested - I would like to help the servers out mostly with the TKers and Haxers I see alot of this on the servers and most of them get away with it I just enjoy admining servers been doing it with css for 3 years so I have plenty of experience with admin.

Interested - I have played on these servers for quite some time, and most of the time I'm there, there is no problem. Lately though, with the release of the latest machinima youtube video there has been an influx of new players. That is great except that also brings in a lot of new TKers and grievers. I currently admin several other popular hidden source servers and know most of the player base. I would like to also help out the 2f4f servers.

My goal is to become and admin and police the servers when necessary. Every so often I find my self playing and having bout loads of fun when all the sudden mic spammers or team killers connect and ruin the fun for all. I just want to making the 2frag4fun hidden servers fun for all. lately it seems the server is low on admins.

I always find my self teaching and helping new players. its always hard for new comers so I do my best to teach people the basics and more when there ready.

I'm a kind and caring person who is very fair. I use my mic often but not enough to be considered annoying or spamming. I totally agree with your guy's polices regarding admin. I know admin isn't something that's suppose to be fun, but more of a job as a moderator.

Interested - well its been frustrating lately going on to american servers and finding that there are almost 0 admins whatsoever. cheaters have been rampant and i police the 2frags servers as best as i can when the admins arent on(which is basically never) but its very hard demoing every hacker or trying to rally the server populace to voteban them. both 2frags and darkhand's are severly understaffed in the admin department and i would very much like to help out with that. i have admined before on counterstrike1.6,cz, and dod:source, so i know the drill.

Ill vouch for Colonel Mustard I play with him all the time and he is always letting me know if there are problem players on the server. Ill sponsor him, although I am really not sure what you guys mean by that. Just hit me up through steam and let me know.

It means exactly what you said. I do not play on the hidden servers so i will not just hand out admin because they want it even if we need another . i needed one of our current admins "you" to say that they have seen him in game and can vouch for him.

Hey, I've been playing on the 2f4f servers for quite awhile now and have noticed that there has been less and less active admins on recently.

I'd love to admin for you guys on the Hidden servers, I have minimal administering experience (Some TF2 stuff) but I consider myself a reasonably responsible guy.

I've got a (shitty) mic and my main goal is to get more new players to stick around.

I know a lot of the current admins and regulars, Mustard referred me to the site. I'm not even sure if this thread is active any more, but if it is, here I am :D

I dont like this thread. It annoys me to have people who have less than 50 posts ask for admin. Just because you played on the server and read the rules and were told this thread is how you get admin does not mean you should get it. Maybe its my mood due to a previous post. Do you know how 2frag4fun got started or why its around? Do you know our hiring requirements other than what is posted in this section? Do you know we almost never hired admins who asked for it? I could go on and on. I wont say yes or set anyone else up until I get to know them. Delete my post if I am wrong Squirrl or Silent.

I understand you afro but you know, there are practically no hidden admins whatsoever. I'm the only one ever on. It would really be helpful for at least another active one. Or just bug plude and ritalin to play more :)

As an admin Colonel Mustard you should be steering players to the forms! Encourage them to join and start building up the Hidden forum! Your an ambassador of 2frag4fun, sell the servers and the community to the players you play with! Eventually responsible and trust worthy players will emerge and admins will be added.

This will benefit you as well! Your hard work will be recognized and your status here will grow along with your responsibilities to the community and to the top brass here at 2f4f!

I'll try to do that. I don't really care much about making myself look good. I just want some help and company to forge a strong hidden admin base. I'll most likely get css sometime soon to try and help out there as well.

But atm, I can't do anything because all of our hidden servers are down for some reason.

I should be back in the servers soon I had to take a couple of weeks off I recently got a new toy A 07 CRB1000rr streetbike ive been working on and I got ASE tests coming up nov 10 so I have lots of studying to do but after my tests im free I play alot more in the winter than summer anyway.
