So TF2 is going to be undoubetly the biggest thing on steam in a little over a week, I was wondering if this lovely community might consider a server for it. You could even lose DoD wc3 to save the money for the new server.

Already made a thread regarding this (and Fortress Forever) in the Community Leaders-only section of the boards. No discussion or, in fact, responses at all, have been generated at the moment, so yeah. Understandably however, as most people that are still in academic positions (myself included) have had the majority of their time written for. Additionally, a large number of professions also pick up heavily at this time of year (partly due to the restart of the school year, partly due to the 'holiday season' starting earlier and earlier, and partly due to end-of-the-year reviews/end-of-quarter fiscal reviews).

So, hold hope and continue your support but be patient.

not all of us are special community leaders... in fact, you are a minority ^_^. none the less, ill look into it, but i probably wont get into it much. time will tell though. keep us posted

I will get with squirrl and we will prolly take down one of the gun game servers and install a tf2 one all depends on how much resorces i uses.
