So what's going on in life

Just thought you guys would like to hear what's going on life for me right now. I know some of you know this but for those who don't I thought it'd be something cool to know. :)

So i got an internship at the District Attorney's office in the Narcotics Investigation Bureau and it's awesome. I get to go to trials, sit around with attorneys, see what they do.

Apparently this is like the most relaxed Bureau in the DA and it's just really nice working there. The Chief (the head of the department) is really cool and all the interns (now only 2 left) hang around in his office sitting talking to him and stuff.

That's pretty much all I can think off.

On the same note tho, i get to see criminals, defense attorneys, read about cases which I can't tell anyone :X

that all sounds like really good resume stuff and also great experience for later. what kind of work exactly do you do? it also sounds like you enjoy it which is good.

he he i have an interview tomorrow (in like 9 hours) for a job at Aeromech Engineering (http://www.aeromechengineering.com/) which hopefully will go through. i have 3 friends that work there right now, and another friend applying as well. supposedly they are expanding right now and need all the help they can get so it sounds promising.

Currently im working at Albertson's (a grocery retail chain) and my wonderful $9.15 an hour just doesnt cut it. i pay union dues and all that crap so i take home about $280-300 a week. Aeromech starts at $12.50 with no union crap so ill make a little more there ^_^

thats my job life anyway. anyone else?

its not as hard as you might think, but just from the job description it sounds damn impressive. simply put, they build spy planes for the government.... or do they.

I just thought I'd make this thread to connect the members you know, see what's going on in other people's lives. It's like I hardly know anyone except Bal, dvs, asia, danlo, random, yoyo, jessica. Beyond those 6 people I don't know shit about people (Example Devo).

hmmm im 19 go to Ohio University.
i am currently an english major.
i worked at officemax for 9 months making a shitty $6.85.
i quit officemax to go sell cell phones for t-mobile, its not t-mobile direct cuz they fuck you in pay outs so i work for a dealer called wireless champs.
i make $8.00 there which really isnt all that great but then i also get commision which give me roughly $200-$600 more a month.
minimum wage in ohio is $6.75 which is gay, cant wait to graduate from college and have a job where i make +$30,000 a year.


is that enough for you evil?

i am going back to 2nd year of college this friday. still undeclared, but i'm probably going to end up double majoring in psych, sociology, or anthro. if not, maybe grad school in psych after i get my undergrad degree.

my car just died on me and i gotta fix the tranny(hehehehehehe). thats gonna cost a bunch...
i'm really mad about this too because i drive out to college, 300 miles, and... i cant drive if my tranny(heheHehehE) is screwed up.
