Quick Way of becoming an admin.

If you can get past Level 20 of the following riddle website, I will grant you admin privileges on 2Frag4Fun's CS and DOD servers.

In order to you receive this award, you must pm me the link to lvl 20 congratulations page (gotten to by getting past lvl 20). If you share this link with anyone else, I will revoke your admin privs. (and possibly ban you from the servers as well)

And you figure out the next answer:

Took me a little while to understand exactly what I needed to do...then I got to level 8 and now I just kind of go 'eh.' Still pissed about level 7...I saw what was wrong but I didn't actually realize what I had seen the first time I was looking at it.

you gotta think techy to get level 8. My college education/background made this one easy for me, but it can be quite a challenge for those not taught in its subject.

I'm now on level 9 and am in a bit of trouble as I don't partake in the general activity of which it depicts.

so a friend and i are having a go at this. we were doing ok until we hit level 6. we understand the hint of "Rot-47 leads the way" but we cant seem to decipher/decode it to a meaning. any other hints or PMs? thanks guys. ttyl!

EDIT: well i figured out how the hint played a part in it, off to 7... (and sofar im failing this one too..)
EDIT2: ive made it 13 now and the hint and page are complete opposites and it's kinda funny, but i have family comming so ill work on it later, been stuck on it long enough for now.

thanks for the hint skulk, finally figured it out, i feel retarded for missing it. anyway did 18 as well and currently on 19 and have been for the last hour or so. i found what i think are all the "hints" i just cant seem to piece it all together correctly.
