1: Start a new thread with the subject as "I wish to nominate Pname"
2: Give reasons why you think Pname would be a good admin
3: The pname that you recommend must be active on the server, forum, and have a mic.
4: You cannot recommend yourself.
5: Add a poll to your post, make the question "Do you think Pname would be a good canidate for admin?" and the answers a simple Yes, No
6: Have Pname submit an applcation (guidlines here link (http://www.2frag4fun.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=725))
Once you recommed someone, we will consider adding that player to the admin list. It is not a guarentee, and it may take some time before they are added. Most admins for 2f4f have been under review for 2-3 months before making it to admin status. We are very picky on our admins in order to have a fair and fun server. Being an admin for 2f4f is not a status symbol, It is a job and I expect such from every one of my admins. It is their obligation to catch, record, ban, and submit evidence for the ban of anyone they ban. Being and admin doesn't mean you get to screw around with your new powers.
Zhang, Afrodan, and myself make the final decision on adding new admins but we listen to all players/admins that give input on an admin canidate.
